Do you offer free shipping?
We do not currently publish a free-shipping threshold. Any applicable original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to a 20% restocking and shipping fee. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Refunds are issued as Meditaura store credit. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Meditaura serves customers in the United States ( Except Alaska, Hawaii, AA, AE, AP ), Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Please note that any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable. All sales outside of the continental U.S. are final and not eligible for return.
Can I return an item if I’ve used it?
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Used items cannot be returned.

Where are Meditaura products made?
Meditaura products are sourced from their places of origin. Our Tibetan incense comes from Tibet, while temple incense is sourced through temple Dharma-item distribution offices. Daoist incense is made in accordance with strict traditional ritual processes. Using ethically sourced materials.
Product Usage
Can pregnant people use incense?
Although our incense products are made with all-natural ingredients and contain no chemical additives, we do not recommend them for pregnant people, children under 3, or people with respiratory conditions. For a safer experience, when burning incense, please keep the space well ventilated and away from drafts. Never leave burning incense unattended, and always place it on a fireproof base.
Can I use meditation cushions for more than meditation?
Yes. Our Oriental Meditation Cushions are designed for meditation but are equally supportive for breathwork, journaling, tea ceremonies, or any seated mindfulness practice.
